Convert PDF to PowerPoint (portable Document Format) is by far the most popular format to deliver large, versatile, and professional documents. However, this format is never easy to modify. It can be very difficult to even extract text from certain PDF files without altering them in some way. This is where converting PDF to PowerPoint can come in useful.
When you convert PDF to PowerPoint, you are basically reversing the process that the document goes through when it was first scanned into the printer. All PDF documents are already in PDF format, so all you need to do is just to convert the PDF to an a.ppt format file. To do this, there are two methods: the batch convert and the one-time convert. While the latter might seem a little more complicated, if you are planning to use your converted PDF on Macs, the batch convert is recommended.
If you are unsure which method is best for you, then I would recommend the one-time convert. The reason why I say this is because it is generally faster than the batch convert, especially if you want to convert a lot of documents. If you only want to convert pdf to ppt for one or two documents, then the batch convert is recommended.
