MY STORY

In 2019, I entered into a high-conflict child custody battle - an experience I was not properly prepared for. During this time, I felt that no-one understood what I was going through and I didn’t know who to turn to. Due to my lack of lack of knowledge regarding the dynamics of the family court system, I made a lot of costly mistakes and then I unknowingly stepped into post-separation abuse: legal, alienation allegations, isolation, counter-parenting, and harassment. It was awful! However, I have since come to learn that this is one of the most common tactics used by narcissists to regain control. They love to manipulate the narrative, protect their self-image, and bully their way to winning.

The emotional rollercoaster of balancing a busy work schedule, raising happy, healthy children, and trying to get through my child custody case was almost too much for me. Looking back, I realize I was not properly prepared for a high-conflict child custody battle, and I wish I had someone dedicated to me – only me and my goals. Someone to guide me through the process, be my strategic thought partner, and provide me with the very necessary mental support and motivation. 

I have since dedicated my life to educating others on:

• The dynamics and effects of narcissistic abuse.
• Developing a strategic mindset and plan for battling high conflict divorce and child custody legal battles. 
• Parallel parenting in the mist of counter parenting and parental alienation claims.
