The Ghaziabad Development Authority


Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) was constituted under section-4 urban planning and development Act,1973 by Uttar Pradesh Government. GDA was formed by a government order dated 09/03/197.Authority was set up to prepare the master plan for planned and controlled urban development. The main objective was to acquire land for housing and urban development. Ghaziabad Development Authority has also set targets to develop physical and social infrastructure such as Hi-tech, Green, and Smart Cities.
